      MNOs need 5 million new mobile broadband sites by 2020

      HONG KONG- Mobile telecoms operators globally will need to double the number of base stations by 2020 in order to meet increasing demand for mobile broadband connectivity. In a keynote speech at Huawei Global Mobile Broadband Forum, the company’s President of the Wireless Network Product Line David Wang said that operators will need to deploy 10 million sites compared to current five millions.
